   Access Number
   Depending upon where you are located you will need to change your access number to 383-;0167 or 317-0010. If you live south of Clearfield please change your number to 383-0167. From Clearfield and north of it please change your number to 317-0010. Morgan/Hunstville Area will not have to change anything.    We have provide instructions on how to change your access number.
   Please choose from the following options:

    - Windows XP
  - Windows 2000
  - Windows ME
  - Windows 98
  - Windows 95
  - Macintosh OS X
  - Macintosh OS 8 & 9

 

  Windows XP
  1.Click on your Start button.

2.In the column on the right you will see Connect To, from the Connect To menu click Show all connections

3.This will open the Network Connections screen. Here you should see an icon for your Webpipe connection. Right click on the Webpipe icon and choose properties from the menu.

4.This opens the properties screen for the connection. Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

5.Click OK at the bottom of the properties screen and close the Network Connections screen.

6.You are done.
  Windows 2000
  1.Click on your start button.

2.Go to Settings and click on Network and Dial-up Connections.

3.Here on the Network and Dial-Up Connections screen you should see an icon for your Webpipe connection. Right click on the Webpipe icon and choose properties from the menu.

4.This opens the properties screen for the connection. Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

5.Click OK at the bottom of the properties screen and close the Network and Dial-up Connections screen.

6.You are done.
  Windows ME
  1.Click on your start button.

2.Got to Settings and click on Dial-up Networking

3.Here on the Dial-up Networking screen you should see an icon for your Webpipe connection. Right click on the Webpipe icon and choose properties from the menu.

4.This opens the properties screen for the connection. Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

5.Click OK at the bottom of the properties screen and close the Dial-up Networking screen.

6.You are done.
  Windows 98
  1.Double click the My Computer icon on your desktop.

2.Double click the Dial-up Networking icon located inside of My Computer

3.Here on the Dial-up Networking screen you should see an icon for your Webpipe connection. Right click on the Webpipe icon and choose properties from the menu.

4.This opens the properties screen for the connection. Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

5.Click OK at the bottom of the properties screen and close the Dial-up Networking screen.

6.You are done.
  Windows 95
  1.Double click the My Computer icon on your desktop.

2.Double click the Dial-up Networking icon located inside of My Computer

3.Here on the Dial-up Networking screen you should see an icon for your Webpipe connection. Right click on the Webpipe icon and choose properties from the menu.

4.This opens the properties screen for the connection. Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

5.Click OK at the bottom of the properties screen and close the Dial-up Networking screen.

6.You are done.
  Macintosh OS X
  1.Click on your Apple menu.

2.Click on System Preferences.

3.Along the top of the System Preferences screen click on Network.

4.On the Network screen click on the tab that says PPP.

5.Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

6.Click Save in the lower right corner and close the Network screen.

7.You are done.
  Macintosh OS 8 & 9
  1.Click on your Apple menu.

2.Go to Control Panels and click on Remote Access

3.Right here is where you will find the access number your computer is dialing. Remove the number that is there and replace it with one of the numbers mentioned above.

4.Click the Close box in the top left corner, then click Save when prompted.

5.You are done.
