Internet Explorer
1.Click on the Windows Start button, point to Settings and select Control Panel.
2.Double-click on the Internet or Internet Options icon.
3.Select the Connections tab.
4.Make sure Webpipe.net is your default connection under "Dial-up settings".
5.Under Dial-up settings box make sure that "Always dial my default connection" setting is marked.
Netscape
1.Open Netscape.
2.From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
3.On the left side of the window, click the + next to Advanced.
4.Under Advanced, click on Proxies.
5.Select Direct Connection to the Internet and click OK.
